Alexa Lamm, Ph.D.

Dr. Alexa Lamm received her undergraduate and M.A. degree from Colorado State University. She worked as an extension agent in a county south of Denver, Colorado for eight years before getting her Doctoral degree from the University of Florida in Program Development and Evaluation. She is now on faculty at the University of Florida where she is the Associate Director of the UF/IFAS Center for Public Issues Education. Dr. Lamm specializes in the development and implementation of programmatic evaluations and researches the use of evaluation methodology as it applies to programmatic and organizational change theory. She has received over $21 million in grant funding to support her research and outreach programs from the USDA, NSF, NIH, HHMI, and FDACS.

Dr. Lamm is also a specialist in critical thinking and problem solving style theory. She is one of the original developers of the UF Critical Thinking Inventory (UFCTI) and is certified to administer and conduct training with Kirton’s Adaption Innovation Inventory (KAI) and the MBTI. Dr. Lamm has published over 90 refereed scientific papers and journal articles and her research and teaching expertise have been recognized on numerous occasions. She was most recently named one of the top 40 under forty in Agriculture by Vance Publishing.

Kevan Lamm, Ph.D.

LammDr. Kevan Lamm is an experienced leadership, education, and evaluation professional with a passion for helping individuals and organizations perform at their best. Previously he spent 12 years as an international team lead within Accenture (a Fortune 500 global consulting and services organization). During that time he coordinated staffing for a global network of training development centers (three United States, two Europe, two India, and two Australia) and was responsible for an annual operating budget of $7M (40 vendors, 60 countries, 7000 training sessions annually). He also led teams in India, the Philippines, Argentina, Australia, the UK, France, Poland, Canada, Brazil, Russia, South Africa, and China in the development of training materials for clients including British Telecom, the National Health Service, Telstra, Sun Microsystems, Avaya, General Electric, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Regions Bank, and others. As a result, he has traveled internationally to Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, India, and Africa to conduct needs assessment, facilitate training programs, and perform program evaluations.

Operationally, Dr. Lamm has been issued three patents from the U.S. and European patent offices for his innovations. Additionally, he has received three Accenture Inventor Awards and was recognized as a top 5% performer within the Accenture global network on four consecutive occasions.

Dr. Lamm holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master’s and PhD from the University of Florida in Leadership Development and Education with an emphasis on evaluation and data analytics. His research has included a comprehensive program evaluation of 28 global leadership development programs for emergent and established industry leaders as well as social network analysis and scale development. His scholarly works have been published in leading academic journals with several garnering outstanding and distinguished paper recognition from professional academic organizations.
